Experience the magic of the holidays at the 6th annual Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt on Saturday, December 14, 2024, in the Village of Linglestown! This family-friendly outdoor German Christmas market is packed with FREE holiday fun for kids and families alike. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there to hear holiday wishes and give out reindeer food for Christmas Eve. Little ones can dive into crafts and activities designed just for them, interactive storytelling by the Dauphin County Library, fun educational learning with the Whitaker Center on Wheels, a holiday themed puppet show from Imaginary Friends Theater, and storytelling and holiday music with Matthew Todd. Kids can enjoy a live nativity scene, festive music, and dance performances that bring German holiday traditions to life. With over 110 vendors offering handmade crafts, there’s plenty to explore, and lots of unique gift ideas for parents, too. From German treats to festival foods, everyone can enjoy something delicious. Join us, rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a holiday experience sure to become a family tradition!
