USA Ninja Challenge offers exciting day camp experiences in Camp Hill, PA for kids ages 6-12! Our camp program focuses on building confidence through fun and fitness. Kids will have the chance to test their limits in a safe environment, navigating obstacles with children their own age. Ninja camps are the best way to provide a fun time of specific skills training, ninja games, and ninja course creation that will keep kids engaged day after day!
During the (15-hour) week the athletes will learn, in detail, how to perform on obstacles in each category of the USA Ninja Challenge level system. They will be challenged physically and mentally with problem solving. They will run through obstacles courses, participate in group games, stations, skills and drills and be given the opportunity to create their own courses.
