Dauphin County Parks & Rec has several family yoga programs coming up as part of the Park Rx series of programs on July 31 and August 14th. Each session is $5 per participant. We’re working with Next Generation Yoga with Cindy Lesher and these will take place at Fort Hunter Park.

Similarly, there are several Kids Yoga classes planned for the fall on September 18th and October 2nd with different times based on the child’s age.
- Ages 5-7 will be at 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m
- Ages 8-10 will be at 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
- Ages 11-13 will be 12:30 – 1:15 pm.
The cost will be just $5.00 per participant, per class. They can attend one class or both.
