Clever Spots for Your Elf on the Shelf to Hide

By Kat Dinsmore, publisher, www.harrisburg.macaronikid.com November 28, 2020

One of my kids' favorite things about Christmas is always the day after Christmas when our elf makes his way to our house from the North Pole. He usually shows up on the kitchen counter with donuts for breakfast and OJ in the fridge. It's such a fun transition for kids from all things pumpkin and fall, to all of the fun headed their way with Christmas. Whether your elf is more adventurous and gets into silly pranks overnight or just picks a new spot every day (or two!) to hang out in, here are some spots to suggest to your elf to hang out it.

These spots are super adaptable, so if in the freezer means hidden inside a giant ice cube with an Elsa doll beside it - great! If in the freezer means sitting between nuggets and frozen corn to your elf, that's great too! It's totally up to your elf how wild and crazy they want to get each night.
