Macaroni Craft: Footprint Penguin

January 1, 2014
Penguins make a cute craft, especially in the winter because they typically live in snowy regions. Creating a footprint penguin is a super easy craft for you and your kids.
What you'll need:
  • Paper
  • Black and white paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Black and orange markers
  • A foot
What you'll do:
  1. Paint your child's foot black. Paint quickly if they are ticklish! If a paint brush is too much for their little feet, spread some paint on paper and use it as a stamp pad.
  2. Make a footprint on your paper. The toes will be the bottom of the penguin and the heel is the head area.
  3. When the black paint has dried, paint the inner area white.
  4. Once the white paint has dried, use your markers to draw eyes and a beak. You can also add wings or a snowy background scene if you want.
Display with pride!
