Penguins make a cute craft, especially in the winter because they typically live in snowy regions. Creating a footprint penguin is a super easy craft for you and your kids.
What you'll need:
- Paper
- Black and white paint
- Paintbrush
- Black and orange markers
- A foot
What you'll do:
- Paint your child's foot black. Paint quickly if they are ticklish! If a paint brush is too much for their little feet, spread some paint on paper and use it as a stamp pad.
- Make a footprint on your paper. The toes will be the bottom of the penguin and the heel is the head area.
- When the black paint has dried, paint the inner area white.
- Once the white paint has dried, use your markers to draw eyes and a beak. You can also add wings or a snowy background scene if you want.
