Fall fun at The Hershey Story

The Hershey Story is full of fall fun for your family beginning October 17th!

The Hershey Story offers interactive displays, real equipment from the original chocolate factory, hands on displays, a scavenger hunt & more! Plus, now they're offering different fall fun throughout the next few weeks!

Black Cat Alley
Oct 17, 18, 24, 25, 31 and Nov. 1, 2015 // 11a - 3p 

Kids can follow the black cat to Halloween fun and get a head start on trick or treating with some delicious Hershey’s treats! Youngsters can use vintage Hershey advertising art to create their own mini Halloween character to use as a pin or decoration; they can craft a Halloween spider web, too. For a great Halloween photo opportunity, children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costume and pose in front of a vintage Hershey’s advertising backdrop.; $5 for all activities. 

Chocolate Lab Class - Chocolate Cobweb Creations 
Oct 17, 18, 24, 25, 31 & Nov 1 // 12:15p - 1p

Create a creepy Halloween spider web using white and milk chocolate, then top it off with a dark chocolate spider! Solve the mystery of chocolate’s origins and unveil the differences between white, milk and dark chocolates. Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the lab.


Chocolate Lab Class - Build a Batty Bar
Oct 20, 22, 23, 26, 28 & 30 // 2p - 2:45p

Mold your own chocolate bar and then customize it with your choice of Halloween-themed and traditional candy ingredients. Find out how cocoa beans are transformed into your favorite chocolate confections. Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the lab.


Chocolate Lab Class - Oak Leaves & Acorns
Oct 3, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 24, 25 & 27 // 11a-11:45a

Autumn leaves are made of chocolate in the Chocolate Lab! Create your own, completely edible chocolate oak leaf and acorn to take home. You’ll also hear the amazing story of how cocoa beans are transformed into chocolate candy. Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the lab.
